Fitness for Warriors is a great resource for officers. With our schedules it can be very difficult to maintain the fitness level needed for our jobs. Long hours, bad food (or no food), and inactivity followed by a few seconds of complete effort can lead to a number of health related issues. This website can help keep you motivated and give you training ideas. It also provides a lot of emotional and psychological support to keep the warriors edge sharp.
22 years ago the founder of Fitness for Warriors and I completed the police academy together. He is a great friend and has managed to stay sharp after all these years. He has saved my bacon a time or two and for that I will be forever grateful. So check him out and enjoy the website.
