CONAFTO is proud to offer outstanding training at our 3-Day State Conference in Black Hawk, Colorado.  This year’s training is specifically designed for Field Trainers and training program coordinators working in Patrol, Detention, Communications, and EMS. 

CONAFTO is working to prepare your Field Training Unit for the challenges of 21st Century Policing by providing a comprehensive and client-oriented curriculum. This year, CONAFTO presents course topics including Leadership & Organizational Behavior, Adult Learning, Generational Teaching/Learning, Instructor Development, Program Management and Supervision, Adapting to the Trainee’s Learning Style, Mental Health and Wellness in Field Training, and more!
