Hello Everyone,

Due to current restrictions across the country, and specifically in Washington, we have rescheduled the June 10-12th 2020 NAFTO National Conference.  Our annual conference will now be held at the Northern Quest Resort in Spokane, Washington, in June of 2021. It was clear to our board that postponing the conference a full 12 months was our best option. When considering restrictions on travel and training and the budgetary and staffing impact the pandemic has had on our agencies, we feel that the summer of 2021 gives all of us the best opportunity to attend. The new conference dates are June 9th, 10th, and 11th  2021.

Unfortunately, as we all know, our current environment has forced us to make difficult decisions. However, we’re happy to announce that the good people at the Northern Quest Resort have been very flexible and most cooperative with rescheduling our conference.

All registrations for the conference will be moved and scheduled for the new date.  If you already registered for the conference you need to do nothing to maintain that registration. If you need to cancel your registration you may do so by contacting accountsreceivable@nafto.org.  Please be patient with response times as we are fielding many inquiries right now.

Your Executive Board has been working quickly to resolve a number of matters concerning the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact on NAFTO training. Our primary concern all along has been the safety of our members and to continue to provide quality training. NAFTO’s annual conference is the highlight of our year and up until the pandemic broke, it was clear that the conference was going to be a popular and successful event. Registrations were coming in quickly and our list of presenters was impressive. It is our hope that the same instructors and presentations will migrate to the new dates with us. With a little luck, we will not face any more obstacles between now and then and we will all be able to enjoy our time together in the great Northwest.

See you all in 2021.
