Monthly Meetings

Monthly NAFTO Executive Board meetings are open to all members every Second Monday of the month, 7 – 8 PM EST. Non-members may request an invitation.

Please describe your purpose for attending here. Ex: Vendor providing information on a product, another training company, etc.

Rules for Attendance

Phones and/or computers should be muted unless you are actively speaking. ‘Roberts rules’ are in effect during the meeting, unless waived, per Roberts rules:


  • If any member has a specific topic that they would like to bring up, if possible, please email before the meeting to allow the topic to be added to the agenda.
  • All members are expected to display respect and professionalism throughout the meeting.
  • If you disagree, speak up. Just wait for the President to acknowledge you and provide you with the floor.
